Pricing Update (2025 / 2026)

Henna By Dini is resuming operations and is deeply thankful for the continued support over the years.

Please note that there will be a price update effective from January 2026. All bookings made up to 31 December 2025 will be charged at current rates, subject to availability.

Clients are encouraged to enquire early for remaining 2025 slots.

Deposits & Payments

Deposit Requirements

To secure a booking, a deposit is required as follows:

• Bridal / Engagement / Henna Party: $50 deposit
• Corporate / Events: $80 deposit

For last-minute bookings, full payment or a higher deposit may be required, subject to availability and at the artist’s discretion.

Important:

• No deposit = no slot reserved
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Deposits are non-transferable

Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid on the same day or at the end of the appointment.

This applies to:

• Bridal & Engagement Henna
• Henna Parties
• Corporate / Event bookings

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Date & Time Changes

• First change: Free of Charge (FOC)
• Subsequent changes or last-minute changes (within 12 hours): Additional charges may apply

Waiting Time

Additional waiting time incurred before the start of the appointment will be charged as follows:

• Bridal / Henna Party: $15 per hour
• Corporate / Events: $25 per hour

No-Shows & Late Cancellations

• Bridal / Henna Party: $80 no-show penalty
• Corporate / Events: $100 no-show penalty

A no-show is defined as failure to attend the appointment without prior notice.

Artist Substitution & Refunds

In the event that the artist is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances:

• A replacement henna artist will be arranged where possible
• The replacement artist will aim to deliver results of similar quality
• If no replacement can be secured:

• The artist assumes 100% liability
• A 100% refund will be issued

Design Preparation & Custom Work

Clients are responsible for preparing their preferred design or style in advance.

For custom or newly created designs:

• Requests must be made 2–3 months prior to the appointment
• A custom design fee of $10–$50 may apply, depending on complexity and preparation time

Health, Safety & Allergies

Allergy Disclaimer

Henna By Dini uses professionally sourced products; however, individual reactions may vary.

• The artist is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin complications
• Clients are strongly advised to:

• Perform a patch test
• Book a Henna Trial where necessary

Jagua (Gel / Henna)

Jagua products contain natural fruit extracts, which some individuals may be sensitive to.

• Patch testing is highly recommended before full application
• Clients with known sensitivities should inform the artist in advance

Aftercare Instructions

Proper aftercare is essential for achieving darker and longer-lasting henna stains.

Core Aftercare

• Leave henna on for a minimum of 6 hours (Best results: 8–12 hours)
• Avoid contact with water as much as possible
• Use the sealant spray and aftercare oil provided

Additional Tips

• Heat method: Warm hands gently over heated cloves or a pan
• Hairdryer: May be used to warm hands or dry paste (Avoid overheating to prevent burns)

Important Note

Henna stains take 24–72 hours to fully mature. Final results vary depending on individual body chemistry, skin type, and environment.

Use of Website & Booking Platform

The Henna By Dini website and booking platform are provided to facilitate enquiries, bookings, and communication between the client and the artist.

By using this website or submitting a booking request, you agree to the following:

• Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. A booking is only confirmed once it has been reviewed, approved, and the required deposit has been received.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

• Contact details
• Event date and time
• Location
• Number of guests (where applicable)
• Design preferences and allergy information

• Henna By Dini reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings if:

• Information provided is inaccurate or misleading
• Requests fall outside service capabilities or availability
• There is suspected misuse of the booking platform

The website and booking platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Henna By Dini will not be held liable for delays or losses resulting from such interruptions.

Any misuse of the platform, including spam, abusive messages, or fraudulent booking attempts, may result in refusal of service.

Agreement

By proceeding with a booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Use of this website and submission of a booking request constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Google Calendar Integration

Our booking platform offers optional Google Calendar integration:

• When you sign in with Google, you may be asked to grant calendar access.
• This allows us to add your confirmed booking to your Google Calendar automatically.
• Calendar events include appointment details and preparation reminders.
• This feature is optional and can be revoked at any time via your Google Account settings.
